Welcome to the Isaac School District Benefits page! We are pleased to share the various employee benefits available to you. Please take the time to carefully review your benefits online.
Open Enrollment for staff members is open from April 22 through May 10.
Enrollment is available to new employees must be at least 0.75 FTE (work a minimum of six (6) scheduled hours daily) to qualify for benefits, and current employees experiencing a qualifying event. A qualifying event would be a loss in health coverage with another employer, marriage, birth and/or adoption. The new enrollment must be completed within 30 days of the qualifying event.
For new hires, benefits will be effective the first of the month following your date of hire. Changes to existing benefits are made during open enrollment (generally in April to be effective in July) or due to a qualifying life event.
