Yesterday, she was feeling a little thirsty and needed a quick refreshment to keep her energy up! 🧃 Who knows what adventures Elfie will get into today? We are thrilled to recognize Ms. Hein as our Staff Member of the Month! Ms. Hein is not only our talented Art Teacher but also our dedicated Student Council Advisor. She consistently goes above and beyond for our students, and her hard work and passion are evident in everything she does. We are incredibly proud to call her a Moya Mustang! A special thank you to Ms. Hein for planning and executing a wonderful and successful Fall Festival. Her creativity, dedication, and attention to detail made the event unforgettable for our students and families. Thank you, Ms. Hein, for everything you do for our Moya community. We are lucky to have you on our team!

Join Us for Festive Fun Spirit Week! 🎄🎉 Get ready for a week of holiday cheer! Join us for our Festive Fun Spirit Week from Monday, December 16th to Friday, December 20th. Here's what we have planned: Monday – Christmas Character Day: Dress up as your favorite holiday character (Elf, Grinch, Santa, Snowman, or Red/Green attire) Tuesday – Reindeer Run: Wear brown/tan and reindeer ears Wednesday – Choir Concert: Dress to impress with fancy and festive attire Thursday – Ugly Sweater/Christmas Sweater Day: Show off your holiday spirit with your silliest or coziest sweater Friday – Pajama Day: Wear your comfiest holiday PJs (Feel free to bring a small blanket if your class is having a holiday party!) We look forward to seeing everyone get into the holiday spirit!

🔬 First Science Fair Success! 🌟 We are so excited to celebrate the success of our first-ever Science Fair, made possible by the dedication and hard work of Mrs. Hofland! 👩‍🔬 Thank you, Mrs. Hofland, for organizing this fantastic event for our students in the Science Club. Your passion for science has truly inspired our young learners! These incredible students have put in so much effort conducting their science experiments, and it was a pleasure to see them share their projects with classmates and teachers who came to support them! 🙌 A big thank you also goes to our amazing judges who helped make this event possible: Mrs. Cruz-Szabo, Ms. Garcia, and Mrs. Parker. We want to take a moment to celebrate all the students who participated in our Moya Spelling Bee. You all did an absolutely fabulous job, and we are incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication! A huge thank you to the families who came out to support their children—your presence made a big difference. We also want to acknowledge the students and teachers who attended, giving them a chance to experience what it’s like to be part of such an exciting event. Special thanks go to our wonderful judges: Mrs. Hofland, Ms. Highsmith, and Mrs. Cruz-Szabo, who helped make the competition a success. Our fantastic announcer, Ms. Wade, also deserves a big thank you for keeping the event lively and engaging. A special shout-out to Mr. Avechuco, our Spelling Bee coordinator, for all his hard work in organizing this event and providing our students with such an enjoyable experience. ✨ Highlights from Operation School Bell ✨ We’re excited to share some incredible moments from this year's Operation School Bell – an initiative that is changing lives and helping students be successful. 🌟 so many of our Moya kids served – Thanks to the amazing community support, we were able to provide new school clothes and supplies to children in need, ensuring they feel confident and ready to tackle their education. 👚 A new wardrobe – Volunteers helped families select essential clothing, including jackets, shoes, shirts, pants, and backpacks, so every child has what they need to succeed! 🤝 Community support at its best – This event wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, and local businesses. Together, we’ve made a big impact in the lives of students who truly need it! 🧡 Operation School Bell is a true testament to the power of community – every donation, every volunteer hour, and every kind word helps shape a brighter future for our kids. 🎉👕✨ A huge thank you to Operation School Bell and the Arizona Diamondbacks for bringing their 40ft mobile dressing center to our school! 🚐💖 Thanks to their generosity, our students were able to select brand new clothing, shoes, and essentials right off the shelves in the mobile unit. With a shoe fitting station and dressing rooms available, students had the opportunity to try on items and choose what best suited them. We are so grateful for this amazing support that helps our students feel confident and ready to learn! 🙌 Thank you, Arizona Diamondbacks and Operation School Bell, for making a lasting impact on our community!
