Hello Mitchell Community!
Our Winter Concert is tomorrow, 12/07/2023! We are so excited to show you all the hard work your students have been putting in for this performance. Here are instructions to make this an amazing concert tomorrow:
Step 1: Your student has a designated “drop-off” time, indicated below. Students will be dropped off at the front gate (near the office).
Step 2: After dropping your student off at the front gate, please proceed to the line outside of the cafeteria to await their performance. There will be signs to separate each grade level.
Step 3: Doors to the cafeteria will open 5 minutes before each performance starts to give families time to walk into the cafeteria and find a seat. Please be mindful that each performance is expected to have 150-200 audience members. Thank you in advance for being safe and respectful to the other families in attendance :)
Step 4: After each performance, all families will leave the cafeteria through the designated exit doors and meet their child on the field outside. We will need all attendees to exit the cafeteria after every grade level in order to make room for the following grade’s families.
Step 5: If you have multiple students in multiple grade levels, you will still need to exit out of the cafeteria to meet your child and circle back to enter the cafeteria again. This will allow us to continue the flow of traffic. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We are so excited that our Winter Concert is coming up next week! Your students have been working hard in music class preparing for this performance!
Here is some more information about our call times and dress code on the day of the concert.
If you haven't gotten your permission slip in, please get it in as soon as possible, as this performance is worth a grade in Music Class. If there is a specific reason that your child will not be participating, don't hesitate to message me and let me know!
