Friendly reminder to ISD families, The last day of school is a half day on Friday, May 24th. We wish our students a great last few days of school filled with celebrations, fun, and memories with their classmates that will last a lifetime.

A big thank you to our Isaac School District Communications Department for their dedication in highlighting student and staff achievements district wide. They also support with any communication provided to the community and share important information with our ISD families. Our IMS families appreciate you!

The National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) has designated the second Friday in May as School Communicators Day. Each of our schools have a dedicated communication ambassador who manages social media, newsletters, and websites. We are grateful for our devoted communication ambassadors as they play a vital role in showcasing student achievements, celebrations, and keeping our families informed.

As we recognize Teacher Appreciation Week this week, IMS parents provided a surprise meal for teachers in appreciation for all they do for our students. Thank you to our staff for their dedication to our students each day and a special thank you to our families for this generous gesture.

As a way to express gratitude to the staff for their hard work throughout the week, on Friday our IMS parent educator provided a snack to bring a smile to their faces. Thank you to our staff for their continuous dedication for our students.

Yesterday evening we held our Technolochicas Program which is a new initiative in parent education. This program is to raise awareness about career possibilities and cultivate skills for students. Parents engaged in learning sessions alongside their children and participated in specialized workshops centered on STEM Careers.

Congratulations to Isaac Middle School for being announced as one of 122 schools from across the nation and the only individual school in Arizona to have been named a 2024 SupportMusic Merit Award winner by the NAMM Foundation. This designation is awarded to schools that demonstrate outstanding achievement in efforts to provide music access and education to all students. We are grateful for our devoted leaders, staff, families, and students for their contributions and this well deserved recognition.

The creativity and thoughtful messages were greatly appreciated by all recipients.
