Dear Families, the Isaac School District #5 receives federal funding through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). This important funding helps pay for things such as after school activities, tutoring, technology, staff development, and parent classes. Please take a moment to complete the form that was sent home to you today. Simply review the income eligibility chart and mark if your family meets Indicator 1, Indicator 2, or No if neither applies on the ESEA (Title I) form. Please sign and return to your child’s teacher by Friday, November 8, 2024.
