Communication Methods
The Communications Department is responsible for developing and managing communication plans, delivering training to staff and parent groups, and providing public relations, marketing, and communication support on school and district-related issues. Additionally, they offer guidance on creating written and verbal materials, such as school newsletters, parent letters, brochures, talking points, key messages, and handling media requests.
Below are the communication tools that are widely accepted and preferred by our community:
Text and Email Updates: Individuals who provide their contact information, such as a phone number or email address, will receive timely updates directly from the District.
Printed Materials: For those without access to online communication, letters, brochures, and other materials will be printed and distributed at each site to ensure everyone stays informed.
Online Publications: Newsletters, announcements, and important updates will be available on our website and shared through our social media platforms.
Board Meetings: Bi-weekly Board Meetings are held at the district office or designated school sites. Meetings are also streamed live on YouTube at www.isaacschools.org/boardmeeting.
